2. Agree records and rules.
Define identifiers, relationships, required fields and permission roles. Write expected calculation examples and decide which actions need approval.
3. Build one complete workflow.
Connect data entry, stored records and the useful output. Keep a controlled fallback while staff review the first version.
4. Test more than the calculation.
Check invalid input, competing edits, restricted fields, failed saves and exports. Compare the results with approved examples from the workbook.
5. Move data and hand over.
Reconcile imported history, agree the switching point and explain access, maintenance and recovery. Keep later features separate from the first accepted scope.
