How will shared updates work?
Ask what happens when two users edit one record or a save fails. Find out how permissions are enforced and how restricted exports are tested.
What happens to existing data?
Clarify the cleanup rules, migration rehearsal and reconciliation checks. Ask which records or history are excluded and who approves that decision.
Who owns the result?
Clarify accounts, code, configuration, documentation and ongoing charges. Staff need to know how rules change, who maintains access and how support is requested.
Compare proposals using the same first workflow and acceptance examples. A generic promise to convert the file does not define those decisions.
